2. Services Provided

Ironbark Breathwork provides breathwork sessions delivered online and in person. These sessions are offered as a wellness based experience and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or mental health treatment, advice, or diagnosis.

3. Health and Participation Responsibility

Participation in our sessions is voluntary. You acknowledge that breathwork may involve physical sensations, emotional responses, or changes in breathing.

You confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, you are suitable to participate and that you will consult a qualified health professional if you have any medical or mental health conditions, are pregnant, or have concerns about your ability to participate safely.

You remain responsible for listening to your body and may pause or stop participation at any time.

4. Booking and Payment

Bookings are made through our online booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking. All prices are in Australian Dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time are non refundable.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, video, and branding, is owned by Ironbark Breathwork or used under licence and is protected by Australian copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without prior written permission.

7. User Conduct
