These guided breathwork sessions focus on nervous system regulation and recovery.

Sessions use simple, structured breathing to support settling after stress, returning to baseline, and creating more room to respond rather than react. The work happens through breath and physiology, not discussion or emotional processing.

Sessions are quiet and predictable. Nothing is forced. All breathing is optional, and you remain in control throughout.

Groups are kept small (maximum 11 people) to support safety, pacing, and a calm environment.

Each week uses the same underlying structure, allowing your nervous system to build familiarity and capacity over time.

No prior breathwork experience is required.

About screening and suitability

This work involves intentional changes to breathing, which directly affects physiology and nervous system state.

Because bodies and histories differ, we ask you to complete a waiver. This isn’t about excluding people. It’s about ensuring the right conditions, pacing, and support for each individual.

If something isn’t a fit right now, that doesn’t mean never. It simply means care comes first.
