G'day, I'm Ant!

From the moment I participated in my very first Breathwork group with an experienced facilitator, the practice had me hooked.

Immediately I knew three things for sure.

I wanted to explore it deeply to see what was truly possible.

I wanted to understand in detail what happens in your body.

I wanted to share it with people.

Today, I facilitate immersive breathwork sessions designed to work directly with the nervous system.

The aim is not catharsis or performance.
It is regulation, recovery, and increased capacity.

When the nervous system settles, change tends to follow naturally in how a person responds, thinks, and moves through life.

This may be the beginning of our journey with Ironbark Breathwork but I am already so excited for the future and cannot wait to bring everything in the pipeline to our community.
